Why should I buy from you instead of directly from designers?

Good question. Normally the prices will be the same. The difference is we really care about customer rights and interests so we have designed a system to make it work best for customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please tell us and we can always find a solution. And of course, we have much more PROMOTIONAL offers for you.


What’s your product return policy?

We accept return any of our products within 14 days of purchase providing the product is unused, in original package and under resale condition. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, jewellery and underwear products are not returnable. Personalised products are not returnable unless faulty.


Do you ship to Asia?

We ship to limited countries on each continent including Asia and America, you will find out if we ship to your country when you proceed with the payment.
