Why should I buy from you?

We are employing a very strict policy to the global designers to ensure that products on our platform are of top quality. We are different from other e-commerce platforms that designers can upload their own products. We check all the samples of the products manually to make sure the products look the same as the pictures. We really care about your rights and interests, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please tell us and we can always find a solution.

Do you ship to my country?

As an e-commerce platform for global designers, your order will be shipped directly from the designer/brand instead of us. We are acting as an agency and will make sure you are happy with your order by all means. In the meantime, as we provide this service to limited countries and areas, you will find out if we ship to your country when you proceed with the payment.

Do you have 24 hours customer service?
